How to clean those aluminum mini blinds

To vacuum the mini blinds: Using a brush dust head attachment - tilt the slats up and then down to reach the both the top and bottom surfaces of the slates of the mini blind.

To dust the mini blinds: Using a soft clean cloth or chemically treated dust cloth tilt the slats up and then down to reach the both the top and bottom surfaces of the slates of the mini blind.

To wash the mini blinds: Using a damp cloth or sponge and mild detergent. Use warm or cold water tilt the slats up and then down to reach the both the top and bottom surfaces of the slates of the mini blind. Be sure to protect the floor and the sill from excess water by placing a towel on the sill and or floor. Or if you want to take the blinds down - place them in a tub of mild soapy water, then rinsed clean, wiped dry, or allowed to dry completely in the open air.

How to clean wood mini blinds

You must take a lot of care when cleaning real wood blinds. We do not recommend washing the mini blinds. Eventhough the wood is sealed, water or even excessive dampness may cause warpage or discoloration of the wooden slats. Since the wood surface of the slats is smooth, dust may be easily brushed off using a clean soft dust cloth or a vacuum cleaner brush attachment tilt the slats up and then down to reach the both the top and bottom surfaces of the slates of the mini blind.
